Exhibit at Art’s House Gallery

Art’s House Gallery presents a variety of group, thematic, and individual shows throughout the year. Watch for our Call for Artist announcements on this site and on our social media. Or if you are interested in exhibiting at Art’s House Gallery, complete the Featured Artists application.

Art’s House Gallery is a community space for community artists managed by the River Falls Community Art Base (CAB), a nonprofit organization dedicated to facilitating arts-related events and projects in and around the community of River Falls, Wisconsin. We are always looking for new projects to take on and encourage anyone interested in supporting the arts in our community to become involved by exhibiting work in our gallery, volunteering to staff our gallery during open hours, making a donation, or becoming a member.

Art’s House Holiday Gift Gallery 2025


It’s the magical time of year when Art’s House Gallery is dreaming of sugar plums and an art-filled Winter Wonderland of unique local and regional art for the holiday gift giving season!  We had a fantastic 2024 show and are ready to make merry as we invite artists and craftspeople working in a variety of media from painting, photography, and printmaking to ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, glass, and fiber arts to apply to the Holiday Gift Gallery. Space is limited, so please submit your online JotForm  application — which must include up to three high quality examples of your work in JPEG format — by October 3. Artists will be notified by October 6 with acceptance and Holiday Gift Gallery details. This is one of our busiest shows of the year, so help out the Gallery Elves by adhering to the application deadline, submission requirements, and time frames for drop off and pickup.  We look forward to seeing your beautiful work!

Holiday Gift Gallery Dates 2025

  • Application Due - October 3 by 11:45 p.m.

  • Accepted Artists Notified - October 6

  • Artwork Drop Off - November 7, 2:00–6:00 p.m. and November 8, 10:00 a.m.–Noon.

  • Holiday Gift Gallery Opens - November 13

  • November 15 - Meet the Artists and CAB Holiday Party with live music 

  • November 28 - River Dazzle special hours

  • November 29 - Small Business Saturday special hours

  • Holiday Gift Gallery Closes - December 27

  • Artwork Pick Up - December 28 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. & December 29 3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. 

Don’t miss this year’s "Meet the Artist" event on Saturday, November 15 during our annual CAB Holiday Party from 1:00–5:00 p.m. where we’ll spread holiday cheer with festive music and yummy refreshments.


Our Neighbors’ Place - Empty Bowls

Our Neighbors' Place runs the Backpack Program (food support for families with school-aged children) for the River Falls School District, and we've seen a huge increase in families needing this help. In addition, we give out food resources through our Day Center — and again, we are seeing an increase in requests for this food too.

We are looking for local potters who may consider donating bowls for this event.  Here are the event details:

  • Date:  Thu, Oct 23, 5–7 p.m.

  • Location:  St Bridget's Church in River Falls

  • Donation Ask:  Any number of bowls or equivalent in any media — pottery, wood, fabric. 

  • Timeline: We are hoping to get all commitments by Sept 5th to include in press material.

In exchange for a pottery donation, we will include mention of the artist’s name or business in news releases and social media.  Event attendees will be able to take home a bowl of their choice that includes the artist's business card. We would love to add you to the list of local potters who are supporting this important hunger relief work in River Falls - thanks in advance for your consideration!

Art’s House Gallery Gift Boutique

Art’s House Gallery is looking for original handmade works priced up to $75 to be part of our gallery’s gift shop area. Clothing, home goods, and accessories as well as smaller-scale two-dimensional and sculptural works all do well.  Artists and craftspeople of all media interested in sharing their work for two to four six-month periods can apply here.

Swinging Bridge Brewery Featured Artists

The Swinging Bridge Brewery is starting a partnership with CAB to be a location for monthly artist spotlights.  This spotlight will feature one artist exclusively for three to four weeks beginning on the first Sunday of the month.  The brewery will hold a Meet and Greet from 3-6pm, on the first Sunday, for the artist to invite their guests and be available to talk about their work. 

 The brewery will provide wall space for 6-10 pieces, depending on size.  Ladders and basic hanging supplies will be provided.  The artist is responsible for hanging all work; timeline for hanging work will be arranged with the brewer.  The brewery will not take a commission; therefore, the artist is responsible for all sales of their work.  The brewery holds no liability for any damages, or theft of artwork. 

 For consideration, please send four images of current artwork to matt@swingingbrigdebrewing.com and cory@swinginbridgebrewing.com.  Artists will be considered on an ongoing basis.  You will be notified of acceptance at least one month before the exhibition.  Please indicate if there are preferred months or a month that does not work for you in your application.  The first date is May 4th, 2025.  

  • Installation: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-2pm

  • Take down: Monday, Tuesday 9am-2pm

  • Artwork must be wired or able to hang on a ½ inch wide hanger.  

  • Artists are highly encouraged to attend the “Meet and Greet” and invite their friends/collectors.

If hanging your work or the times stated to hang your work are a problem, The Swinging Bridge Brewing Company can make adjustments.

Ellsworth Public Library Seeking Artists and Instructors

The Ellsworth Public Library is often looking for artists, presenters and/or leaders to teach, present and/or lead classes or talks around a variety of subjects. The library has a once-a-month Tuesday program in partnership with our Senior Center that a one-off art class would be perfect for, a once-a-month Doodle Club for ages 9-12, and a once-a-month Teen Meetup that would be a great place for some art education. The library is also set to move into a larger space later this fall that will have a Maker Space and other areas of creativity that will be perfect for guest artists. There will also be a number of dedicated art walls, which can host monthly local art exhibitions.
