The two Music in the Park concerts originally scheduled for City Hall Plaza (Joyann Parker on July 27 and Charlie Parr on August 24) will now be held at The Garage Bikes + Brews, at 109 W Cedar St., a couple of blocks away from City Hall. All other Music in the Park concerts will be at the usual Veterans Park location.
